I have a 1999 Johnson 150 outboard that has a few issues.. After looking around I found that my primer call would go soft immediately after starting the motor... I replaced that and the fuel line and now when I pump the ball gas comes out of the bottom 4 carbs.. And the ball never gets firm... I am aware of the carb bowl warpage issue, and have some ordered but mine are not visibly leaking yet... Why would gas be coming out of the carbs? Could it just be that I need new needle valves?
