I'm looking for someone to rebuild my 95 115hp Powerhead. I broke 2 rings in #1 & #3 cylinders. I seen a lot on the internet but not looking to get ripped off by a cheap rebuild. I would rather pay someone to do the job than someone to push paper. I'm located in VA.
