Johnson 115 rpm's

I have a 2000 johnson 115, 60 degree looper. Had to install new power pack. Says the rpm limiter is 6400. Is that the max rpm on this motor? If not, what is? Been playing with a couple of props, would like to know the max rpm. It is on a 17' Javelin.

As near as I can figure the Intruder & Fastrike are 6,000. 115 and Off Shore 5,500.
I have no idea why the difference.

If the pack is marked 64L or similar then yes, that's as much as it will turn. However, if you use an non-limiter pack then that's a different story.......

I ran it Saturday, gps 54mph @ 5400 rpm's with a 22 stilletto. I have a modified 20 raker I just got reworked, doubt that it will do any better.
