Did a carb rebuild, used some power tuner, and have seafoam in the tank. Starts a lot better now, but it still stumbles intermitintly at low and high rpm. Also when it does the ball seems to lose a good amount, but not all, pressure. If left alone it catched back up. If it's at a faster rpm and you drop down quickly it just gets to the low end and dies. I'm assuming it's a fuel delivery issue but I dont know what else to do. I put all new hose clams on the fuel system thinking it was getting air in that. Any help would be great.

When you rebuilt the carbs, did you actually remove the jets and clean them thoroughally? Or just soak them? When pumping the primer bulb when dying, does it pick up at all? Checked the fuel pump filter and diaphragm? Checked fuel lines for leaks? Condition of hoses?

I took everything apart and completely cleaned the carb. Hoses are in good shape and I put new clamps all the way through. Have'nt checked the pump diaphram but I did take apart the filter. When it sputters the ball goes a little soft but if you let it go it gets firm again in a couple seconds. What does that indicate? Thanks

actually the ball should loose firmness after starting, it is just to pump (push) primer the fuel pump, and get gas to the carbs, then the fuel pump starts sucking. if sounds like the you still have a fuel delivery problem. possibly a link N sinc problem. carb and electrics not fine tuned together.
