Howdy pjrsc. My book says that the compression should be over 100lb and less than 15lb difference between cylinders. Your readings suggest that you are on the borderline of worn out rings. My 1980 100 Evinrude gets 125lb on all four.

Happy Boating.
JB

Try a can of OMC Engine Tuner. Follow the instructions EXACTLY. Do not let it set in the motor longer than stated. Personally, I let it set for no more than 4 hours and then run it. I prefer to do it twice rather than let it set in the motor. After you are finished with the proceedure you will need a fresh set of Champion plugs.
Also don't be afraid to try another gauge. Also it may be down a few pounds if someone has installed the thick head gaskets.
Good luck!
