I can't verify whether my 1998 50hp (J50TSLECC) has fast start or not, which I would need to disable to set timing correctly. According to the method, there should be a black / white wire near the temp sensor, which I can not find. Does anyone know if Johnson discontinued this feature by the late 90s? Thanks!
