" JLO " Manufactured outboard engine, information ?

Hi, I have a JLO Single cylinder outboard engine, this engine is a two stroke engine, permanant drive type, also this engine is air cooled and made in Germany. Basically I have a problem with the recoil mechanisim, if anybody has heard of these engines before it would be nice to hear from them, indeed if anybody has some expierence with this engine or knowledge of these engine likewise I would be very grateful for your advise, p.s. the most offered advise I have had up untill now is sling the motor on the local tip !!!<br />Many thanks in anticipation.....<br /> Regards Seahogfisher.......
