Re: Jhonson 75 HP Sea-Horse maintenance

welcome to iboats, you are in the right place. read this to begin,
http://forums.iboats.com/showthread.php?t=158086.
i would remove the plugs, tilt the motor as high as you can, put a little marvel mystery oil in each cylinder, and let it sit 24 hours, the lower engine, put a old towel over the cylinder heads, to catch excess oil, and then turn the flywheel, by hand, feeling for any rough spots. if there is not major resistance, i would then go into the starting process. NEVER use starting fluid, use premixed gas, to spray into the carb.
