Jetski purchase, looking for advice

Hey guys,
I'm looking to buy a used jetski, and I know close to nothing about them.... if you guys could fill me in on what particular makes and models run quick and reliably, that would be amazing, in addition, red flags to look out for when checking one out.

IMHO Best reliability, 1) Yamaha 2) Kawasaki. A 2 seater, Most are actually only good for 2 people under 150lbs each, otherwise, get a 3 seater. A 700-800cc is ok for 2 people, but a 900cc or bigger is better for water sports (tubing, skiing).
