Hi guys...I've been reading various theads pertaining to carb problems similar to mine (1969 4 HP Merc)and I keep reading about the hi and low speed jet settings.<br /><br />Now, I rebuilt the carb but when I reinstalled the jets I screwed them in secure and then installed the screw-in plugs over top. My question is: since these jets are threaded does that mean they are adjustable--even though the heads are covered with plugs? If so should I go in and back them out? How much?
