jet removal tool whereabouts?

I recently tried to remove the top fuel bowl vent jet with a screwdriver which didn't work and I'm afraid that I'll ruin the head of the jet and create more headaches if I continue with the screwdriver approach. The service manual I have mentions using either a jet removal tool or screwdriver. Does anyone have any idea if/where I can find such a tool for my '78 Mercury 800.

I purchased/ordered the jet removal tool from boaters outlet, a local marina.

Mike

I am cleaning the carb after many years of storage with gas stuck inside of it. The carbs seems to be leaking with a lot of debris, e.g. rubber, gaskets stuff, and dirt all around it. I have a gasket kit but wouldn't mind removal of the top carb's jet. However, if it becomes a problem then I will leave intact and simply spray over, around and through it.
