Apple Jack is the name of a liquor, Link.<br /><br />I frankly don't know if it is distilled from fermented cider or if it is flavored grain alcohol.<br /><br />If I couldn't find it I would settle for vodka or maybe white rum.<br /><br />Enjoy.

Apple jack is also a mixer.<br />1 part jack daniels.<br />2 parts apple schnapps<br />1 part sweet and sour mix<br />1 part club soda<br /><br />If you used the right size "parts",your water pitcher will be 3/4 full.Just add some ice cubes and serve in a long drink glass.<br />Do not drive after your first drink. They do carry a powerful punch.
