I have aquired a 12'' hi-jacher jack plate, and was wandering if it will be too big for my 1991 20' nitro DC2000 with a 150 horse Johnson and 26p Racker prop?

Re: jack plates

That's a lot of setback for a 19 Nitro. A lot will depend on how the boat is balanced now. It may even come down to which 150 you have. The 60* 150 loopers are lighter than the crossflow 150's. With that much setback you may also be able to go to a prop with more tail lift. Most any 4 blade or a Turbo TXP would be a good choice.
