J40PLSR Compression

I'm looking at a used 40 HP 2004 Johnson, model J40PLSR. The compression on each cylinder is 75 - 80 PSI. Is this good compression for this engine?

Retest with a " known to be good " gauge.-----The numbers for a good engine are much higher.
