Columbus Musky show is coming to town the 25th..Burnt the ole credit card up last year pretty good..Now that I got my own company I need to figure a way to write this off The eel is 16" and smells like licorice<br /><br />Here is some of my stash from last years outing<br /><br />

On my bussiness tax form, it asks how much you spent on entertainment. Im not sure if that means for "bussiness" or just in general....<br /><br />I would put in under Medical... You know for like therapy?

Looks like some nice lunge lures you have there. Just make sure you don't get your twizzler snacks too close to that licorice smelling eel our you might find yourself chewing on the wrong thing.<br /><br />As far as the deduction:<br />How does the classification of "Inventory Purchases" sound?<br /><br />I demo sunwear at fishing tournaments throughout the summer and my accountant advised as long as I keep a new pair of sunwear available for sale in the boat ("Polar-Eyes"), it's operational expenses are legitimately deductable.

Promotional give aways?<br />Entertaining prospective customers.<br /><br />Buy wholesale, pay the user tax as if consumed in business operations. Problem is, to get wholesale, you will likely have to buy a truckload. <br /><br />What the heck, put a rack of them in the store.<br /><br />Then change the sign out front to "The Gator Mattress Store"

Lmao at Roscoe..When the tax man comest i do have your permission to mention your names right..<br /><br />If you got some extra time this June Roscoe why don't you come on up and fish a few with us at the homestead..Barlow,Muskyone,and Neaumans and a few others are coming up to fish the gator and any other fin that likes us..<br /><br />Actually anyone wanting to time some time away from civilation your welcome to come..The entertainment is free..

Just this minute, this idea occurred to me:<br /><br />become a fishing guide.<br /><br />Got a regular fishing buddy? Pay whichever one's boat you go in - just make sure the trips even out over the year & there's no economic impact either way. Then deduct all your fishing expenses, don't forget to claim the revenue. But, also deduct the amount you pay him. Sometimes guides hire other guides to learn stuff, right?<br /><br />Just don't go overboard with claiming too much losses year after year else IRS might notice.<br /><br />and, careful about where you exchange funds or who you tell - in case there's a guide license requirement in your state - those license fees might take all the tax benefit away.<br /><br />And if they ask you where you got the idea, I'll deny everthing!<br /><br />good luck...

Now that took some thought JT..Now who was that attorney,my bad I mean accountant that you use. <br /><br />The way I look at it If they close deals on the Golf Course why not Gator huntn and talk the talk..

Heck GF.. I'll even be swingin' by the Chisolm/Hibbing area before I make my way west to the homestead.. swing by the chamber of commerce and to the city buildings to 'shoot the sunshine' with some folks and give/obtain some irrelevant information.<br /><br />
