Just an update.....my 200 Johnson withh a dead #3 cyl did in fact have a bad power pack. Part replaced and Im back in business as soon as the shop tells me its done and I again thank god for warranties. You all were right...you gave me the diagnostics to eliminate the usual suspects and left only the rectifier, stator or PP as the culprit. All were covered so I was a happy guy!!! <br /><br />Thanks again for the assistance....why cant EVERYTING be THIS simple?? Ask a question...get an answer. Maybe that concept will catch on.<br /><br /><br />John
