I got my '58 Fast Twin 18 all together with MANY thanks to all you guys.Cranked it up using the electric starter.It runs for a few seconds and then tanks. My knee-jerk reaction was to keep trying to start it.I'm posting the starting/running issue on another topic tonight. Look what happened?? Geez. Look one more time! OK.I have no idea where to go from here.The thing just snapped off like nobody's business. Has anybody seen this happen before? I think I'm gonna have one mother of a time finding a replacement for this.I was SO CLOSE...

Actually you should respond to Joes post on one of your other threads. Hes given you a direction. Follow it and try to stick with one thread.
