Isolator on E-Tec 90

Hello and thank you for all the great information out there. I've got a question for someone way smarter than me......Can you run an isolator off of the 2006 E-Tec's without interfering with the computer? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have a 22' C-Dory and would like to set it up to charge the house battery.<br />Thank you

The instructions provided with most isolators usually have the installer tap into one of the stator leads. You CANNOT do that with an E-TEC.<br /><br />For a 90hp or smaller E-TEC I would use a battery selector switch.<br /><br />-John
