I have posted a question earlier about adjusting the carbs on this motor and was told you cant adjust them they are set from factory, but on my top carb there is an adjustment needle the bottom one has a screw there covering a jet but the top one has a adjustment is this the wrong carb on the top. they both are the same on the bottom goth have a screw covering the high speed jets and on the air intake there are two rubber plugs if you pull the top one out you can adjust the needle on the top one. took it out over the weekend ran good but bogged down after awhile at wot and oiled the top plug down
