guys im trying to find a engine to replace my blown merc..i have found a 1967 90 hp merc. the motor looks like very few hours on it but the engine will not turn over. the owner say the boathas been sitting around for several years. could this be a lost case or worth trying? how could i tell if thisproblem is an easy fix..

Hmmm, 38 yo motor that's been sitting idle for several years and won't turn over. I'm old and slow, but this looks like a no-brainer!
