Is there a great difference between a 1993 and a 1994 Johnson 90 HP?

I am trying to find out if there is a great difference between the 1993 and 94 90HP Johnson. I have a 1993 and need a service manual (factory only) and a parts manual. I have found where I can buy both manuals for the 1994 model. Is there too much difference between the two years, or would the '94 books work?<br /> I would sure like to hear something about any differences from some of you who know about such things. about all I see is a year. in 95 the connectors changed but maybe someone else can help as well. so buy the 94 manual and look and see if the pics in it look like your 93.in 95 the alarm system changed some as well.

Thanks Rodbolt. The 93 replaces my '78 140 that has a cracked block and I am not too 'up to speed' on what the differences are on newer motors. I will get the 94 books.

Part Numbers are the same on both outboards as far as replacements parts are concerned.No not much difference that I can see.
