is the Sea Ray 91 270DA and te 93 290DA the same boat?

Ok next question.
I was told that the Sea Ray 1991 270DA and the 1993 290DA are pretty much the same boat.
Can anyone verify this?
I know that there is a ton of options when ordering but is the base model the same?
I am looking at both of them and the 91 has more to offer for a more reasonable price.
