Is oil leaking normal? I am guessing not.

Bought a used boat on Craigslist. Had it out all weekend and it did great. However, now that it has been sitting in the yard for 2 days (with motor trimmed all the way up) I see oil leaking out. Are any of these major concern? The first worries me... the second not so much.

There has also been a bit of a gas/oil mix running down all weekend from here. You can see it seems like a very small amount to me.

Thanks for any advice.

you can go one step further if you like ... put a vacuume cap where the fuel goes into the fitting this will stop it leaking all together AND keep critters and dirt out
