Is my leg and power head compatible?

I believe my head is an 83' that had manual trim/tilt
while the 84' leg was power trim/tilt

Would this affect my electrical system?

Also, When replacing my STATOR does the part come w/ the timer base all in 1 assembly, or do I have to buy it seperate?

From this website it seems the stator/timer base is 1 part.

Is this the correct part?

The 83 powerhead will bolt up to the 84 mid section with no mods necessairy.

The stator is one piece and the timer base is another and will need to be ordered seperately.
