tested with spark tester, no spark on either one, fuel just escaped from the exhaust around the prop hub.
Went to test the ignition coil with a multi-meter ( it's one coil for two cylinders). Primary (between yellow and black ground): .5 ohm. scale was set to 200
2ndary (between two plug leads): 18k ohm
found these spec's online but it's a for 6hp, not sure if it's the same for the 9.9
