Is my 2002 Nissan 5 hp a ns5b or something else?

Hi I bought a 2002 5 hp 2 stroke Nissan with no mid section, it has sticker on it that shows year and stuff but nothing about being a ns5b or nsAa or something like that the pull starter has a b on top of it basically I'm trying to get another mid section it seem it must bolt up to one that's 7.5 inches that's what I measured.

Anything newer than mid-1990's would definitely be a 5B. What is a "mid section"? Are you saying that you have the power head and Lower Unit, but no exhaust housing? That housing is a lot longer than 7 or 8 inches...

Ok hey I'm talking about the section that mounts to the transom. I don't think it's a 5b though.

If you are referring to the transom clamps, here is a page from the parts catalog for the 5B. If you have a 5 hp 2-stroke, there's a 99% chance that it's a 5B.

Ya that's it ty but this 5b on eBay 121063000121 won't fit mine it's to big is there different 5b sizes?

If that bracket won't fit, you don't have a 5B.

I found out is was a 5 b they mke different size mud sections

No. If you have a Tohatsu/Nissan 5B 2-stroke, there is ONE transom clamp assembly. Period.
