I learned along time ago. Always have multi tip screwdriver, wire snips, good scissors, couple big black 50 gallon trash bags and extra battery's ready to go. Just makes life easier to have them in reach when the wrapping is flying.

Just got done putting a "Beauty Salon" together for the 2 year old grandchild. I think it's was made buy someone who lost the last war......just their way of getting back at us.<br /><br />And what f_inscreenname said.....a well rounded tool selection, power driver, nips.....batteries...acetelene torch....you'll use them all.....

Not a one of thoes did I have to do this year.Most of christmas wasnt at my house.And if 4 grown boys in thier 30s cant get them put together and unwraped, tough. Its more fun to set back and laugh at them.

I have always thought, there should be a big sticker on the outside of a new shirt that says : THIS SHIRT CONTAINS XX # OF PINS. So you don't put it on until you've found ALL of them.<br /><br />

A new shirt always contains exactly one more pin than the number that you remove, and that one pin is guaranteed to always be found by the most tender part of your upper body.<br /><br />The worst is the ever popular "Some Assembly Required" . This entails having 1 too many of bolt A, 1 too few of nut C, and bracket F in no way resembles the picture in the instruction sheet. Oh, and if 2 parts are supposed to be mirror images, you will receive 2 Left Hand parts. Also, when you do read the instructions, you find that they were written originally in Taiwanese, and then translated into English by someone who only speaks Spanish.
