i was in a LOEWS ,today..<br />an evertime i'm in a LOEWS /HOMEDEPOT /SUPER BOX STORE CENTER,, there's ALWAYS a stack/skid of boxes or a diplay, or worst a 'bronosiruos' in the way.. you know one of those huge rollin' staircases that they use to get things down for ya..<br /><br />ALWAYS.. never fails .. right where i need to be.. <br /><br />it's like they see me commin' a do it on purpose..<br /><br />how do ya unlock the wheels on them bronsirous's anyway ... there killin' my sciattica...<br /><br />HEY,,!!! WAIT A MINUTE..JUST MAYBE,,,... ANY LAWYERS OUT THERE..!!

Bait,<br /><br />I feel your pain...<br /><br />Happens to me too. I usually combat the situation by knocking a bunch of their product on the floor trying to get around it!<br /><br />I've seen a couple of ways to unlock those ladders. I have the same type at work.<br /><br />The most common is a lever on it's side. You simply pull it up until it locks into free-wheel.<br /><br />Some have a foot activated lock.<br /><br />H.

Crab Bait....Yes I know what you go through with that.What gets me is trying to get around the "SHOPPERS".I go in knowing what I need and where it is and the "SHOPPERS" take up the whole aisle or move at a snail's pace.It is maddening!!!!THANKFULLY AND RESPECTFULLY>>BART SR.

Yea,<br /><br />And how about the people that are right in front of the item you want!<br /><br />You are there for a quick in-and-out, but they are mysteriously right in front of the item you need, taking inventory of everything there.<br /><br />They see you, but are in no hurry to move.<br /><br /> <br /><br />H.

Yeah and they usually have a sign on them "Store Personnel Only". Just try to find a "store personnel" when you need one.

Crab bait---I can feel your pain, I was in HD yesterday and needed to move one of those things, just as I got it to move I heard a voice behind me "You can not play with my toys! Next time please get a store person to move it for you". I responded by telling the "store person" "Not to leave their toys out where I could play with them".<br />She followed me till I had gone through the checkout stand.

I'll deal with it for the moment....Lowes and home depot are haveing a war here....They built there stores directly across the street from each other.....and I am takeing advantage of it while it lasts....I am going to get a 7 hp 77 gal. air compresser for 20$ cheaper (379.00) at lowes than at home depot.<br /><br />She's a stand up modle....OH YEA BABY!<br /><br />BOYS AND THERE NEW TOYS.....DANCEN A JIG!<br /><br />Toolwood.

I did something like that between Eagle and Costco. Saved around $50 bones if memory serves...<br /><br />When Eagle first opened here, they offered a match-it and beat-it by %10.<br /><br />H.
