I need a round tuit too!<br /><br />That's a hefty project list Fly Rod.<br /><br />The motor/drive alone can take up serious time for a budding boat do-it-yourselfer.<br /><br />Remove the leg, change impeller, change oil, grease ujoints, replace bellows, water line, grease coupler spline, grease prop shaft... change crankcase oil, check plugs, keep the metallic air cleaner constantly clean as it seems to be a dirt magnet (better than dirt in the engine!), oil filter, etc.<br /><br />It's a lot to do I think... probably a few times experience doing it and it will take half of the time though.
It will warm up and not have 50mph winds and dust someday. I did get around to putting on the muffs and running them last week. I had high hopes of fishing a bunch this spring. But it apears Im moving in the in-laws instead. I love them to death but I do see them cutting into my boating time.
