Irrefutable evidence against evolution!

Based on my own scientific study I have disproven the theory of evolution once and for all.<br /><br />Here's the details:<br />When I was a kid, we lost electrical power at least once every summer due to squirrels blowing out a transformer.<br /><br />We just now had our power restored after a 3-hour outage due to a squirrel blowing out a transformer.<br /><br />If the theory of evolution were true, all the squirrels stupid enough to short out transformers would have been weeded out of the gene pool years ago.<br /><br />ergo, evolution is disproven!

If the theory of evolution were true, all the people that installed transformers without squirrel guards would have been weeded out of the gene pool by now.

Maybe the transformers don't evolve at the same rate as the squirrels. Hence they have not fully evolved adequate squirrel defenses as of yet.
