I'm looking at a near mint (91/92?) Tohatsu M5B (ser # 64114) that a guy in town has had in storage. However, on close inspection it apears that the threaded portion of the internal fuel tank opening (where cap screws down) is cracked. I'm figuring that there is no way to repair this but please tell me if I'm wrong. Barring that, where is the best /cheapest place to find a new (or used) replacement tank? Can't seem to find a listing here.
Part # (I believe) is 369-70316-2 . Thanks!
p.s. Does serial # make it a 92'? Not sure where to look this up.
