Intermediate Jet/Orifice Adjustment on 1984 50 HP

Have a 1984, 50 HP, BELCRM. After reading Seloc manual, I concluded the carbs are type 4, with fixed low, intermediate and high speed orifices.

Carbs have adjusting needle screws for intermediate orifice. Manual dose not mention adjustment for intermediate orifice needle screw. What is the procedure for adjusting?
