Interesting dilema

I just bought this old Starcraft boat. I have checked all the specs and by dimensions it would seem to be a 1965 Siren, but as near as I can tell, Siren was not available in red. Everything says it could well be a 1965 Arrow except that the transom height is 21" where as specs show Arrow had a 16" transom. Any help with Identifying this would be appreciated. Dimensions: Center legth 13' 10". Gunwale length 15' 2", Beam 66", Transom width 58", Transom height 21". Close inspection confirms that top of boat was originally red.

Good lookin' boat from the picture... but it's missin' something....RIVETS!

most of us here in the StarCraft section are "tin-heads" :tinfoil3: but I'm sure someone more familiar with the itchy starcraft boats will be along to help ID that for ya!

Howdy, Doc.

Back in 1965 a plate with the serial number and model was somewhere inside the boat. It has the max power, passenger capacity and was from Starcraft. Mine is aluminum with black stenciling.

Does she have bench seats or back to back seats if seating original. Got any interior pics?

GA_Boater, I will post more pics soon. Seats are not original. two owners ago said it was just a bare hull when he got it.

Classiccat, I think I would have preferred an aluminum boat but boat, trailer, and 60 hp motor for $350 was too good to pass up. And the motor was recently gone through by a pro. All new low end gears and a tune up
