I just installed one of these nifty things. Problem is that when I try to take a shower, I get a whole range of temperatures. The water pressure/flow follows the manufacturer's recommendations. I think it has something to do with the water pump kicking in. Has anyone had the same problem and figured out a solution?

You should install a fresh water pump which adjusts its speed precisely to the pressure demand, such as a Jabsco VSD. Your problem is caused by the on-off action of your fresh water pump causing fluctuations in flow rate. Water speeds up when the pump kicks on, gets cooler. Water slows down, gets hotter.
