Well after two years of rebuilding the boat I am finally ready to install the gimble housing back on the transom. I have looked in the manual for torque values for this installation but to no avail. I would like torque settings for the 4 5/8" bolts (2 long ones and 2 short ones), the 2 5/8" nuts and the zinc bolts at the bottom of the transom plate.

Thanks

Try page 2A-8 of the manual.

Thanks Don,
I saw that at the top of 4B-1 but 25# didn't seem quit enough so I wanted to check with Pros.

Additionally is there a substitute for Special Lubricant 101 for use on the power steering assembly to lubricate swivel ring bushings?

Thank you.

Any grease will work. It only moves a quarter of an inch.
