installing neutral safety switch on transmission

i am replacing my neutral safety switch on my transmission. i have a tige 2100v with and 350 mpi mercruiser inboard. i have ordered the switch. it goes on the side of the transmission. are there any tricks or anything i need to becareful about when replacing this. the part number is mercury 47613. it looks pretty easy but sometimes.........................
