I threw in a glass inline fuel filter to see if Im getting gas.It only has a small amount of gas in it while the motor is running. It ran fine all day,Wot no problem.I never checked it while in the water. When I came home to flush engine it was rough starting and bogging.(still warm)The filter is almost empty but can see the gas flowing in.

How full should the filter be while running and with engine off? I thought it should be 1/2 full?(to the ports) New Oem Fuel pump just installed.

I relize you shouldn't have a glass filter. Its for trouble shooting purposes only.
