Information on a Boat

I have a Arrow Glass Fiberglass outboard boat and I am trying to find out the year of the boat, On the capacity plate by the steering wheel is the serial number 582100, and Model 14, If anyone has information for me please reply.

I dont see a Model 14 listed under Arrow Glass's limited details shown here:
