Information about white mercury 100hp "SeaRay" made?

I try to find some more info about this motor and especially a picture. Was this motor made for a special Se Ray boat package?<br />All I know is that it is 4 cyl and have self contained VRO. Any good/bad about this motor?<br />I might buy a used one of these, but don't have the serial number yet.<br /><br />Regards<br />Mike

MikeMike,<br /><br />There was NOTHING different about these engines from their black Mercury counterparts. They were simply painted white (by Mercury) at Sea Rays request.<br /><br />OMC did the same thing for Lund.
