Hi there<br />I am currently getting my 1976 Mercury 850 (85hp) with S/N 4366928 fully rebuilt and when I went to see it yesterday the guy showed me how there is no S/N on the block and the word "Marathon" is stamped there. He told me that this was a performance motor and that only about 60 of them came to Australia. It has has no distributor because it is all electronic. Can anyone tell me any more about this motor...?<br /><br />Thanks<br />Nial
