inerchangeable force l-drive motors

I have a 120 hp force l-drive that is blown. i have found a 140 hp l-drive that the person says will match up. there is a two year differance the 140 is an 89 and the 120 is a 90. The price for the 140 is a steal compared to a rebuilt motor and was wondering if it would match up or not <br /><br />thanks irish

the l drive was never offered in a 140hp i saw that motor on ebay and laughed. what he is selling is a force 120hp and it should work in your boat. good luck, bret forceparts@yahoo.com
