Inboard not winterized

I am looking to buy a 1997 Ski Challenger by Bayliner. The boat has a 350 magnum mercruiser inboard engine with very low time. The owners wife passed away and in his grief he didn't winterize the boat. I drained the exhaust manifold and got very little water, but when I drained the engine block I got a cup of water followed by a small amount of oil. I assume the block may be cracked. Does anyone have any advice on what to do now.
