I'm a new boat owner as far as inboards go. I bought a 97 ski brendella with a mercruiser 350. I understand the impellar is what sends water to the motor to cool it. But i wanted to know if my exhaust is spitting water right its not a steady flow. Temp after about 15 + minutes on the fake a wake was right at 170. Do I need a new impellar or can I finish the season on this one? Here is a link to the video.

I think the previous owner replaced it once but it only has 215 hours on the boat.

Ayuh,.... Welcome Aboard,... When in doubt, Change it,... The impeller is cheaper than a new Motor,....
