I have a 27 Carver with a 10 ft. beam. I am looking for a trailor, prefer a used one. Any advise on what I should be looking for.

You know you will need special permits for towing a 10' wide trailer on the highway, right? And a pretty big truck with towing package.

To start, check trailer manufacturer's websites or call them and ask for requirements, even if you plan to buy used. Also, the boat manufacturer may be able to give you some advice.

Re: in search of a trailor

you get little advice when you give little information.

Contact a dealer and see what they recommend. Then try to find one. Good road worhty trailers are hard to find.

Junky old yard trailers are easier to find.

A once a year or long distance tow, might be better handled by proffesional boat movers.
