In need of help for Fathers day.

My father has a Mariner 15 hp motor. He got a few years back from a friend that took it off of his life boat that was on their Yacht. The only thing is that the steering handle and cable assembly was removed to make it remote steerable. Now it cannot be found. He would like to put is on his little aluminum boat to go fishing, but we cant find a dealer to get us one. Well we did find one but the cost was so outrageous we thought it to be worthless. <br />So for fathers day I want to find him the stuff he need to get back on the water.
