Impeller rotation 90 hp

After removing the foot and looking down at the impeller on a 90 hp Johnson, should the impeller rotate clockwise?

what i mean by that is when putting on a new impeller you turn the shaft clockwise while pushing down on the housing to seat the impeller.

that is correct clockwise while seating.
