Bravo 3 has a belt driven water pump on the lower left side looking at the motor from the front.

Depending if it's a V6, small V8 or big block will determine how large the pump assembly is.

No pump in the outdrive, the sea water pump is up at the engine. The pump styles have changed over the years, so depending on how new the engine is, will determine the exact style of pump. Use the engine serial number to look up the specific parts.

The newer pumps (heavy duty impeller) can go for about 300 hours, whereas the older ones are good for about 100 hours.
