Don said:Volvo does't go by year, and usually not by HP, so, what's your engine model number?
Don said:Remove the 4 screws holding the cover on. Pry the impeller out of the pump body with a couple of screwdrives. (Make sure the shaft does not pull out of the pump). Put some dish washing liquid on the new impeller and twist it into the pump housing. Install cover with new gasket/oring (whichever it has).
