I'm ready to lift the powerhead off. Can I rent the I-bolt and flywheel puller or?

Took a while to remove all the exterior parts & wires, but I'm ready to pull it. Do I have to buy the eye-bolt and puller or do marinas often rent them? IF I can't rent them, where's the best place to buy and what do the usually cost[roughly]?
