Im lost!!!! What year is my motor!!!!!!!

OK I looked for the id# for the motor and found a place where I think it use to be.. It was a little metal plate but it was gone just the two little screws where it use to be. It was located on the mounting arm, neck of the motor im sorry I dont know what its called... Anyway can somebody tell where i can find out what type of motor it is. Ive been trying using part #s. So far i came up with the prop. On the cover of the motor it says Johnson 60 looped charged (3 cyl). Also right where the eye to lift the motor is right under that there is a round shape looks like a plug about the size of a quater it has the # j3492779. Can somebody please help me.

Does it have a distributor under the flywheel or should I say do the spark plug wires come from under the flywheel? If so, most likely a 70' or 71'.
